    The condo market out in the Metrowest Massachusetts area has become to saturated. This is true especially in the over 55 niche. There have just been too many of the projects for the area to handle. It is no surprise many are offering incentives to get rid of inventory. Bill Gassett Massachusetts Real Estate

    I am surprised on some of the view points that a site like Active Rain would not bring business. The site has strength in the search engines and if you have good content you will get business. Since I joined Active Rain last July I have gotten 11 listings due to my blog there as well as other leads that could eventually turn into more business.
