Fred Light is the founder and owner of Nashua Video Tours, which provides narrated, high definition property video tours, as well as video agent profiles and community video tours.

Since it's inception in 2005, Nashua Video Tours has produced over 700 video tours throughout New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Southern Coastal Maine. We also offer high dynamic range real estate photography.

All video tours and full size photo galleries are presented in a custom web page for each listing, and all video tours are uploaded to over a dozen real estate websites, resulting in top Google placement for relevant keywords, usually within 1-2 days.

We have been featured nationally in 2007 on the CBS Evening News with Katie Couric, National Public Radio (NPR), New Hampshire Magazine. Upcoming in 2009, will be featured in a new book published in 2009 by McGraw-Hill entitled "How to Make Money with YouTube" as well as a feature story & video in "Videomaker Magazine", the leading magazine for video professionals.

    If one is sharing their own personal space (i.e. renting out one bedroom in their two bedroom apartment), I think discrimination is perfectly OK. I don't think it's related at all to any laws pertaining to fair housing that would apply to an empty apartment or house that is being rented. You're just not comparing apples to apples! If I'm a female, shouldn't I be able to discriminate against a having a MALE roommate in my own house for whatever reasons I have? I just don't see that Fair Housing laws pertain to personal roommate situations in any way, shape or form. I would think BOTH parties would respect and prefer that they both be comfortable in a particular living situation. I can't imagine a gay man desiring to live with someone who did not want to live with them because they were gay!     Hmmm.. that's interesting. I asked that exact question when I met the crawl manager for Google (Dan Crow), and he said that domain names did NOT factor into rankings... it helps as far as being descriptive and highlighted in search results, but no factor in actual rankings. I have seen (and personally have) several websites that are personal names that are top ranking websites in Google and have been for a decade - consistently. I wonder what the truth really is!
