I am a 29-year old Real Estate Marketing Entrepenuer with a background in real estate marketing, retail telecommunications management & journalism experience. We have recently conducted a soft marketing launch in TN for our SMS Real Estate tool for Realtors. The response is great. We have been widely embraced as a technology company by local & national media sources and Real Estate professionals in our area.

    Good question Ashton. The new listing RETS standard will follow the rules and guidelines of the local MLS system which applies. I currently am a member of REALTRACS (Middle Tennessee MLS). The broker reciprocity is required to contain the listing office which provides the IDX listing here regardless of the situation. My understanding is that will not change with my MLS. However, the requirements seem to vary depending on the region. This would be a good question to ask your MLS service.     Lori, This is a good point. As with most software developers, now is the time when this group should be offering beta testing trials to consumers like yourself for feedback purposes. We acutally went through a free Beta test stage with our software. It really helps the developers to nail down the small tweaks needed before the company fully establishes a customer base.
