@mariansbennett Twitter followers do not hear about my personal life. Facebook friends get a little personal, a little business. I tend not to follow people that tweet about their insomnia, or other ramblings. A lot of Twitter seems to be such dribble, but I think/hope that will evolve. I look for pearls of wisdom to share with my network and try to share pearls I've gotten about the San Mateo County (CA)coastal towns, or RE or marketing, with my followers. A buyer and Buyer's Agent are in a working relationship involving very active communication. Searching online is an important part of the process toward one of their largest financial transactions. My clients ask me about these phrases and I tell them. Some listing agents try to fit as much information into the MLS remarks field as possible and others just highlight the key points. The most important issue I see for potential buyers, and sellers, is the tendency to micro manage the decision about the right time to contact a real estate professional. They could possibly miss an opportunity because they're believing they understand the terminology. They should just make the call; a good agent will advise them well.
