My daily workday is spent with some pretty amazing real estate agents who are struggling with the state of the market, the economy and their online & offline businesses. I'm also a student every day- learning from the many conversations and generous teachers online. I take my hat off to the agents especially, and hope that what I've learned and what I offer helps--even just a little bit.

    I always wondered about the decision to use zipcodes in home searches, it certainly was never an approach I would make to find a home. The art of the web is in its infancy and most, I suspect, don't want it...but who knows if the intuitive home search was built, maybe they would come. You are an artist, Marc. I am the type of human consumer you are talking about and I'd love to see someone with vision create search in this way.
